As a first time leaser, Mike made my condo hunting experience a painless and hassle free one; and not to mention a fun one!

After day 1 of searching, he knew my wants and wish list, and on only day 2 showed me the condo I was looking for and ended up

signing. Mike was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was there to answer my million questions, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. I would DEFINITELY work with Mike again, and plan to in any future leases or purchases.                

With the uncertainty that was all over the news, trying to sell a condo during COVID-19 was going to be a challenge. I knew we would need someone with more tools in their toolbox than the average real estate agent. How else do you sell a property without access to all digital media these days. Mike was very confident he could sell the condo for the money we wanted and we did. With his connections we staged the condo and did pictures even a drone fly over of the property. His efforts drove many people through the condo. Mike followed up on every viewing we had until we got our offer and we able to complete the sale. He was on top of every aspect of the sale and was always available when we needed to get a hold of him. What more can you asked for!

I never rented a condo and I was very nervous about the whole thing but Mike made our journey sail smooth. Would like to express my gratitude at the absolutely great job you did for me and my family. When the market stepped back you stepped up and brought the buyer yourself and skillfully handled the deal from both ends quickly and to everyone’s satisfaction. In securing our next home which was a total ordeal you watched out for us pointing out any deficiencies you saw and never pressured us to buy and never lost patience.
In the end we found a nice house that needed a little attention but well below our target price point in a runaway emerging market zone during a pandemic. I highly recommend Mike as a “get it done” guy who has your back the whole way. Mike worked on these deals for over a year and stuck with us. Mike is an honorable man and one you can trust and to that effect he will be handling the transaction for my daughters first home within the next 12 months.

Mike helped me buy my first house and made what was truly a terrifying concept into one that was easy and painless.
