We wanted to let you know how truly appreciative we have been and still are with all of your help and friendship along the way of finding us a home we can build on and selling our first home where we built many memories. It’s been full of emotions! With the many trips out of the GTA, you’ve always been happy to show us a place almost always on short notice. We loved how you were always there to understand what we were looking at, and if it helped suit our needs. Your advice and support went a long way, truly looking out for our best interests through this transition in our lives and you often eased our full minds. Your “always on” mentality makes you one of the very best and gave us more confidence knowing that you were there to dot the i’s and cross the t’s. Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. Micheal Kelly is a phenomenal real estate agent, he went above and beyond for us. We met with several companies and agents and decided to hire Mike because of his professionalism and dedication to work. He was always available to us, and the amount of one on one face time he gave us to explain and review every detail of the home we purchased was amazing. In November of 2011 I began the search for the purchase of my first home and had moved into in by February 2012.  

I contacted Mike November 2011 to start the search and he found me a home by early December. I told him what kind of house I wanted, the ideal location and price range. Mike only had to show me a few homes before I found exactly what I was looking for. The house had a great price and was in the neighbourhood I wanted.   After showing me the first few homes he understood what I wanted and narrowed his search to find the perfect house for me.

Once I decided to put in an offer, Mike moved quickly to put our offer in with the other Real Estate Agent. Sure enough, a couple hours later I received news that my offer had been accepted.

My offer was contingent on a home inspection which Mike arranged for me. There were a few small details that needed to be looked at after the home inspection and Mike took care of it all to ensure that it was all taken care of before I moved in and even amended my offer to ensure that these details were taken care of prior to me taking possession of the house.

I would recommend Mike as a real estate agent to any of my friends or family looking to sell or purchase a home and I will be contacting Mike again if I ever decide to leave my current place!

After day 1 of searching, he knew my wants and wish list, and on only day 2 showed me the condo I was looking for and ended up

Our review today is about the positive experiences we had with Mike Kelly. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and is always looking out for his clients' best interest. He definitely is our go to person when selling or buying a home. Michael has been helping us for years for all of our real estate needs. This includes the purchase of our first condo, which was an assignment sale and Mike's experience helped guide us through that process. There was so much we learned from him after going through that process. For our second home, we never would have thought that we'd sell and buy a new home during a pandemic. Even through this challenging and uncertain time Mike made every effort to help us and it made all the difference. We found our next home (freehold townhome) and sold our condo very quickly and at a comfortable price. Mike is very considerate. He always working by our terms and there was never any pressure to do anything we weren't ready for. We felt he truly understood our needs and he kept an eye out for prospective properties. We had a list of must-haves and he was able to fulfill each of them. We'd like to thank him for everything he's done for us. We are very happy with the service he provided. He was very responsive, he constantly provided comparable homes to consider, had data and statistics available at all times and he answered all of our questions (we had millions)! He made sure we didn't miss out on any opportunity to find the home for us and he made the process as seamless as possible. He provided amazing customer service.

With the uncertainty that was all over the news, trying to sell a condo during COVID-19 was going to be a challenge. I knew we would need someone with more tools in their toolbox than the average real estate agent. I reached out to Mike Kelly as I see his leased and sold properties all over Facebook, emails and even Toronto Star articles. How else do you sell a property without access to all digital media these days. Mike was very confident he could sell the condo for the money we wanted and we did. With his connections we staged the condo and did pictures even a drone fly over of the property. His efforts drove many people through the condo. Mike followed up on every viewing we had until we got our offer and we able to complete the sale.
