Our review today is about the positive experiences we had with Mike Kelly. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and is always looking out for his clients' best interest. He definitely is our go to person when selling or buying a home. Michael has been helping us for years for all of our real estate needs. This includes the purchase of our first condo, which was an assignment sale and Mike's experience helped guide us through that process. There was so much we learned from him after going through that process. For our second home, we never would have thought that we'd sell and buy a new home during a pandemic. In 2011 I was looking to rent out my condominium and upsize to a house rental. I hired Mike to help me find a house rental. After showing me some options, he advised me that it made more sense financially to sell my condo and buy a house instead. Not only did he sell my condo for one of the highest sale amounts to date in that building, but he found me a house in a great area that has appreciated in value every year. I never rented a condo and I was very nervous about the whole thing but Mike made our journey sail smooth.
