Our first time renting in Toronto could not have gone more smoothly than it did with Michael as our agent. He made sure to show us multiple units at a time convenient for us and was very patient answering our many questions with knowledgeable ease. He made the actual rental process as easy as possible by giving step by step instructions as to what we needed to do and provide. Even after we had officially become renters, Michael went above and beyond by referring to us a person who would be willing to rent out our parking spot, saving us the time and hassle of trying to find someone on our own.
