Mike helped us sell and buy our new home. From the beginning Mike exceeded our expectations, he was honest about pricing our home, educated us on the process, created amazing pictures and profile of our home which attracted a lot of buyers. When it came time for selling, he was able to negotiate a very good price for us, more than I was expecting and throughout the whole process he was honest with us which meant the world. When it came to buying a place, you could say we were difficult clients because me and my husband had different ideas of what we wanted, where to buy and what we wanted to spend. He again educated us on the process on what we should avoid, looked at things we would never have thought of on our own and we are now living in our dream home, that he helped us get under asking price (when does that happen anymore).
