In 2011 I was looking to rent out my condominium and upsize to a house rental. I hired Mike to help me find a house rental. After showing me some options, he advised me that it made more sense financially to sell my condo and buy a house instead. Not only did he sell my condo for one of the highest sale amounts to date in that building, but he found me a house in a great area that has appreciated in value every year. Mike was very professional and his knowledge of every area I asked about is very impressive. I am currently selling another house with him and would definitely recommend him to others.

Our first time renting in Toronto could not have gone more smoothly than it did with Michael as our agent. He made sure to show us multiple units at a time convenient for us and was very patient answering our many questions with knowledgeable ease. Mike Kelly is very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He helped me get my dream apartment and I have never been happier!
