Mike helped me in finding the perfect condo.

With his professional and helpful support I was purchase my first condo on my own.

It was the largest purchase ever on my own and at times it was quite stressful, but with Mike's knowledge and support he guided me through every step of the process and put my soul at ease.

I deeply appreciate Mike's " big heart "and  support, not only was he professional but he genuine, thoughtful and caring through out this  unfamiliar process with larger numbers and emotions involved.

Mike helped me buy my first house and made what was truly a terrifying concept into one that was easy and painless. After day 1 of searching, he knew my wants and wish list, and on only day 2 showed me the condo I was looking for and ended up

Not only did he sell my condo for one of the highest sale amounts to date in that building, but he found me a house in a great area that has appreciated in value every year. With the uncertainty that was all over the news, trying to sell a condo during COVID-19 was going to be a challenge. I knew we would need someone with more tools in their toolbox than the average real estate agent. I reached out to Mike Kelly as I see his leased and sold properties all over Facebook, emails and even Toronto Star articles. How else do you sell a property without access to all digital media these days. Mike was very confident he could sell the condo for the money we wanted and we did. With his connections we staged the condo and did pictures even a drone fly over of the property. His efforts drove many people through the condo. Mike followed up on every viewing we had until we got our offer and we able to complete the sale. He was on top of every aspect of the sale and was always available when we needed to get a hold of him. What more can you asked for!

Michael assisted my fiancée and I with selling our first property. There were highs and lows during the process but Mikewas able to keep our emotions in-check and get us through the sale. He worked endlessly for us as if we were his only client.
