We just bought our first home, which turned out to be a bit of a bumpy process due to the new legislation on foreign buyers.  Mike was very knowledgeable, always available and willing to help throughout the whole process.  We would not have bought our home if not for Mike who encouraged and calmed our fears.  Michael went above and beyond our expectations!
