Mr Kelly provides remarkable realty services- if I could give him more than 5 stars, I definitely would because he deserves even more. He was our agent for our first home purchase. We were impressed and decided he was going to be our agent on any real estate future transactions. He is very accommodating, professional, patient, and knows how to keep his clients happy. Mike sold our house in a short 2 weeks, pretty sure at a record price for our street! Bought a condo in Mississauga on our first day looking...got a fantastic deal too! Our first time renting in Toronto could not have gone more smoothly than it did with Michael as our agent. He made sure to show us multiple units at a time convenient for us and was very patient answering our many questions with knowledgeable ease. He made the actual rental process as easy as possible by giving step by step instructions as to what we needed to do and provide. Even after we had officially become renters, Michael went above and beyond by referring to us a person who would be willing to rent out our parking spot, saving us the time and hassle of trying to find someone on our own. Michael assisted my girlfriend and I with buying our first property. He was super accommodating and helpful in helping us look for the perfect home based on our needs and expectations. In November of 2011 I began the search for the purchase of my first home and had moved into in by February 2012.  

I contacted Mike November 2011 to start the search and he found me a home by early December. I told him what kind of house I wanted, the ideal location and price range. Mike only had to show me a few homes before I found exactly what I was looking for. The house had a great price and was in the neighbourhood I wanted.   After showing me the first few homes he understood what I wanted and narrowed his search to find the perfect house for me.

Once I decided to put in an offer, Mike moved quickly to put our offer in with the other Real Estate Agent. Sure enough, a couple hours later I received news that my offer had been accepted.

My offer was contingent on a home inspection which Mike arranged for me. There were a few small details that needed to be looked at after the home inspection and Mike took care of it all to ensure that it was all taken care of before I moved in and even amended my offer to ensure that these details were taken care of prior to me taking possession of the house.

I would recommend Mike as a real estate agent to any of my friends or family looking to sell or purchase a home and I will be contacting Mike again if I ever decide to leave my current place!

Mike helped me buy my first house and made what was truly a terrifying concept into one that was easy and painless. I have known Mike Kelly prior to getting his Real Estate License. He is a passionate and caring person; I knew when it was time to sell my condo at 55 Bremner Blvd, Mike was the right person. I was not in a rush to sell my condo, so I purposely over priced my condo by almost $35,000. In 15 days he sold my 1+Den condo for 98% of asking price.
