Our review today is about the positive experiences we had with Mike Kelly. He is professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and is always looking out for his clients' best interest. He definitely is our go to person when selling or buying a home. Michael has been helping us for years for all of our real estate needs. This includes the purchase of our first condo, which was an assignment sale and Mike's experience helped guide us through that process. There was so much we learned from him after going through that process. For our second home, we never would have thought that we'd sell and buy a new home during a pandemic. Even through this challenging and uncertain time Mike made every effort to help us and it made all the difference. We found our next home (freehold townhome) and sold our condo very quickly and at a comfortable price. Mike is very considerate. He always working by our terms and there was never any pressure to do anything we weren't ready for. We felt he truly understood our needs and he kept an eye out for prospective properties. We had a list of must-haves and he was able to fulfill each of them. We'd like to thank him for everything he's done for us. We are very happy with the service he provided. He was very responsive, he constantly provided comparable homes to consider, had data and statistics available at all times and he answered all of our questions (we had millions)! He made sure we didn't miss out on any opportunity to find the home for us and he made the process as seamless as possible. He provided amazing customer service.

With his professional and helpful support I was purchase my first condo on my own.

It was the largest purchase ever on my own and at times it was quite stressful, but with Mike's knowledge and support he guided me through every step of the process and put my soul at ease.

I deeply appreciate Mike's " big heart "and  support, not only was he professional but he genuine, thoughtful and caring through out this  unfamiliar process with larger numbers and emotions involved. 

Thanks to  Mike , now I'm living in a  beautiful condo spending quality time with my lovely daughter:)

In November of 2011 I began the search for the purchase of my first home and had moved into in by February 2012.  

I contacted Mike November 2011 to start the search and he found me a home by early December. I told him what kind of house I wanted, the ideal location and price range. Mike only had to show me a few homes before I found exactly what I was looking for. The house had a great price and was in the neighbourhood I wanted.   After showing me the first few homes he understood what I wanted and narrowed his search to find the perfect house for me.

Once I decided to put in an offer, Mike moved quickly to put our offer in with the other Real Estate Agent. Sure enough, a couple hours later I received news that my offer had been accepted.

My offer was contingent on a home inspection which Mike arranged for me. There were a few small details that needed to be looked at after the home inspection and Mike took care of it all to ensure that it was all taken care of before I moved in and even amended my offer to ensure that these details were taken care of prior to me taking possession of the house.

I would recommend Mike as a real estate agent to any of my friends or family looking to sell or purchase a home and I will be contacting Mike again if I ever decide to leave my current place!

Selling and buying a family home is certainly a life experience.  Choosing Mike to help us through the process wasn’t a question.  We are grateful for his time, the quality of his work and his attention to our family needs.

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to Mike about selling our home and I'm so glad we had him working with us! Mike has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell my house, but that he was there fighting for what we wanted in a respectable way. I had been looking to lease a condo for quite some time, and when it finally came to get serious about finding a place, I asked Mike for his help. He made my search very easy and comfortable, working with my busy schedule and keeping my wish list in mind for every listing he suggested. Mike is a very special person for our family. We had used his help in the past, and after many years, he remembered exactly who we were. That tells a lot about how much he cares and the effort Mike puts into his work . He just loves his job. We never felt under pressure with Mike.Throughout our search, he was very accomodating to our needs, considering the time at hand with all the restrictions due to the Covid-19 virus. Mike Kelly is very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He helped me get my dream apartment and I have never been happier!
