Having A Hard Time Renting In The GTA?

Question: I've been searching for a rental proeprty online.  Everything

I call on is already rented.  Are these advertizments

fake?

Great question.  Public sites like Realtor.ca, Kijiji and Craiglist can

often be hours, even days behind, so the data that you're looking

at is outdated. 

Real Estate agents have first access to rentals via

the Toronto Real Estate Board and there's  no commission charged
